10. Indicate whether you have discussed your proposal with a Yukon government geologist and provide start and end dates for your project, along with the number of working days and total project costs.
11. State the amount of funding sought and ensure to note any substantial changes to the proposed budget must be discussed with a YMEP geologist.
12. In the declaration section, confirm the application purpose, compliance statements, and your eligibility. Sign and date the application.
