8. After the board acknowledges your application, plan to attend a regular meeting to be introduced by one of your sponsors. If you cannot attend due to extenuating circumstances, notify your sponsor to discuss alternative arrangements.
9. Complete any required club activities, as mentioned, within one year from your application review.
10. Sign and date the application to authorize the club to send pertinent communications to you and agree to abide by the club's Constitution and By-laws.
11. Review the application for completeness and accuracy before saving your changes. Once done, download a copy for your records or print the form for mailing.
