Use a web browser to navigate to https://.filermanagement.edgarfiling.sec.gov/, the EDGAR Filer Management Home Page. Click the Press Here to Begin button. Click the Generate Access Codes (New/Replacement) link in the left menu bar. Enter your CIK and Passphrase. Click the Generate Access Codes button.

SEC staff requires at least two business days (excluding federal holidays) to process Form ID applications. Once processed you will receive an email confirming that EDGAR has either accepted or rejected your submission.

Important note: Filer access codes are required to submit any filing to the SEC via EDGAR and should be obtained in advance. Although the SEC sometimes issues codes the same day the notarized document is received, it may take as long as 3 to 4 business days to receive the codes.

Go to the Filer Management Website and click Press Here to Begin. Click Generate Access Codes from the menu options. Input your CIK and passphrase (the 8 character code you created in your Form ID application) and select Generate Access Codes. Your PMAC, CCC, and password will appear in the next window.

Visit the EDGAR Filer Management site https://.filermanagement.edgarfiling.sec.gov. At the bottom of the page, click Press Here to Begin. In the left panel, click Generate Access Codes (New/Replacement). Enter your CIK and Passphrase, then click Generate Access Codes to reset your CCC, Password, and PMAC.

To file a Form D, visit the SEC's Online Forms Login page and log in using the company's CIK number and EDGAR access codes. Once logged in, choose “Form D” under “Make a Filing” in the top left corner.
