2. Begin with the Frame Assembly section. Lay the two Frame Legs approximately 42 inches apart on the floor, ensuring the pulleys face outward and the Rubber Caps are secure.
3. Position the Main Frame onto the Frame Legs, making sure the weight arm rests on the Main Frame rather than the floor. Use the provided 3/8” Hex Bolts and Nuts to attach the Main Frame.
4. Bolt the Frame Post to the Main Frame using black button head bolts, aligning the post bracket at the bottom.
5. For the Crankshaft Assembly, slide the Deltoid/Lat Slider down the Frame Post, ensuring the pulleys face inward. Remove the Shaft Collar and Washer from the Crankshaft and insert it through the square tab on the Frame Post.
6. Tighten the Shaft Collar on the Crankshaft using the Allen wrench, ensuring the Deltoid/Lat Slider operates smoothly.
7. Proceed to the Deltoid/Lat Slider Assembly. Slide the Deltoid/Lat Handle onto the Deltoid/Lat Arm, securing it with Lock Nuts. Mount the Large and Small Pulleys, ensuring they are adjusted for free pivoting.
8. In the Rowing Lever Assembly, cut plastic zip ties and insert the Rowing Levers securely. Adjust and thread Wing Handles to finalize the assembly.
9. For the Cable Installation, ensure a gap of 2 to 3 inches exists between the truck arms and the stop after installation. Follow the specified guideline to loop the cable correctly around the pulleys.
10. Finally, add weights to the Weight Truck, making sure not to exceed the prescribed weight limit and securing the weights with spring clips.
11. Once all steps are completed, users can save changes, download, print, or share the filled-out form.
