- For the quarterly summary, document the average of all disinfectant residuals for the quarter, as well as the lowest and highest residual readings.
- Certify the information by entering your name, today's date, your signature, title, and phone number.
- Once the form is completed, save changes, and download the document, if applicable.
- Print a copy for your records.
- If required, print the form to mail it to TCEQ, ensuring to follow the mailing instructions provided.
