- Indicate the week ending date, which specifies the final day of the workweek for which you are submitting hours.
- Record your working hours for each day of the week, rounding to the nearest quarter of an hour (00, .25, .50, .75) as instructed.
- Make sure to omit your lunch hour when calculating the total hours worked for the Grand Total column.
- Summarize the hours worked by categorizing them into Regular, Overtime (Time & half), and Double Time as applicable.
- Sign the timesheet in the Candidate Signature area, and date it to certify that the hours and days reported are accurate.
- Complete the Client Approval section by obtaining the client's signature and printed name, along with their position and date.
- Once all fields are filled out, save your changes and choose to download, print, or share the form as needed.
