Filling out the Sexfee is an important step in participating in the Potter Valley 4-H Rabbit & Cavy Show. This guide will provide you with a step-by-step approach to ensure accurate and complete submission of your form.

Follow the steps to successfully complete the Sexfee form

1. Click ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the form and open it in the editor.
2. In the 'Exhibitor' field, enter your name to identify yourself as the participant in the show.
3. Enter your 'Address,' including the street address, to provide the location you can be reached at.
4. In the '4-H Club' section, indicate the name of your affiliated 4-H Club.
5. Specify the 'Breed' of the animal you are entering in the show.
6. Select the 'Class' of your entry by choosing the appropriate classification for your animal.
7. Input the fee amount due for your entry in the 'Fee' section. Refer to the show guidelines to confirm the fee.
8. Circle your desired showmanship level: Advanced, Primary Novice, Primary, Intermediate, or Novice.
9. Make a check or money order payable to Potter Valley 4-H Club for the total amount calculated.
10. Review your entries to confirm all information is accurate. Sign in the 'Exhibitor’s Signature' section, and ensure a parent or guardian and your 4-H leader also sign where indicated.
11. Finalize your document by saving changes, downloading, and/or printing the form for your records.
