7. After filling out the hours for all required service dates, calculate the total hours worked and write this figure in the 'Total Hours' section.
8. The parent or authorized representative must provide their signature in the indicated area, certifying that the hours documented are accurate and that service conditions were met.
9. Review the entire timesheet for completeness and accuracy before finalizing your submission. Ensure that all fields are filled as required.
10. Once you have verified all details, save your changes. You may also download the completed document, print it for records, or share it as needed.
