The CPP is not a speed test, and the candidate can work at his/her own pace. It normally takes one to three hours to complete. The assessment also does not require “correct” answers.

As soon as you complete the CPP exam, the testing software reports whether you've passed or failed. It also provides detailed information to indicate which areas you should study. If you fail the CPP exam, we urge you to obtain whatever test results the test administrator can print.

What is a CCP antibody test? This test looks for CCP (cyclic citrullinated peptide) antibodies in the blood. CCP antibodies, also called anti-CCP antibodies, are a type of antibody called autoantibodies. Antibodies and autoantibodies are proteins made by the immune system.

Scores of up to approximately 40 support Operational functioning; roughly 40 - 60 enable Diagnostic Accumulation functioning; 60 - 70 point to Tactical Strategy functioning, around 70 - 77 suggest Parallel Processing functioning and scores exceeding approximately 77 indicate Pure Strategic functioning.

The factors contributing to invalid CPP results: The most common factors contributing to invalid CPP results are, however, anxiety, demotivation and inadequate language proficiency. In some cases, invalid reports will either not be scored by Cognadev or will be flagged as “Validity questionable”.

What is the CPP? The CPP, or the Cognitive Process Profile (CPP) is a computerised assessment technique which tracks a person's thinking processes to determine their thinking skills and preferences. The results are used for HR purposes such as person-job matching, career pathing and development.

Using both structured and unstructured (fuzzy) information, the CPP measures a person's intellectual functioning in unfamiliar contexts. The CPP indicates a person's cognitive styles, information processing competencies, learning potential, a suitable work environment and developmental needs.
