To Apply For PIPP Customers should go to the Community and Economic Development Association (CEDA) website or call 800-571-2332.

Customers will need to complete an application at the CAA, and bring: A photo ID; A list of all household members; Copies of your most recent utility bills; and. Proof of income for all household members 18 or older for at least the past 30 days. (12 months proof of income may be required.

How do you apply for utility assistance? Call the IVR system 614-246-0019. Apply online at .energyhelp.ohio.gov. Walk-In stand-by based on no-show appointments at 10:00 am, 11:00am 3:00pm and 4:00pm.

The maximum benefit per household per year is $1,270. To apply for LIHEAP, you have to meet the income limit. Your household's combined income for the past 30 days must be below 200% of the poverty level. This income number is your gross income before taxes are deducted.

Who is eligible for PIPP? Ohioans with a household income at or below 175% of the federal poverty guidelines and have utility service from an electric or natural gas company regulated by the Public Utility Commission of Ohio are eligible for the program.
