A Restricted Species Endorsement authorizes the holder of a Saltwater Products License to commercially harvest marine species designated as "restricted species" in Chapter 68B, F.A.C. and to sell these species to a licensed wholesale dealers.

Those freshwater fishing or hunting in your county of residence on your homestead (or the homestead of your spouse or minor child), or if you are a minor child freshwater fishing or hunting on the homestead of your parent.

Residents receiving food stamps or benefits are allowed to do land-based saltwater fishing without a license. Florida residents with severe disabilities do not need to pay to fish with a Florida Resident Disabled Person Hunting and Fishing License.
