10. In Step 3, specify if the participant is a registered scout or adult by marking yes (Y) or no (N).
11. In Step 4, note the adult scout position or youth grade for each participant listed.
12. If more participants need to be included, please use an additional sheet.
13. Ensure that all adults listed will be present throughout the weekend unless stated otherwise.
14. Read and acknowledge the camp rules and regulations provided, and ensure all participants are informed.
15. Sign the form to confirm the understanding of the swimming and boating policies.
16. Once completed, users can save changes, download, print, or share the form as needed.
