7. After the job shadowing day, ensure the supervisor fills out the questions in the Supervisor Interview section on the back of the form, providing insights about the field.
8. Finally, submit the completed form to the Attendance Office for copying. Scan the original form to your Student Drive for your electronic portfolio, ensuring you keep a saved copy.
