For transcripts, go to Admissions & Records Office (AD/SS 100) to submit a Transcript Request Form; Photo Identification is required for walk-in orders. For duplicate diplomas, go to Admissions & Records Office (AD/SS 100) to submit a Replacement Diploma/Certificate request form; photo ID is required.

* Official Transcripts will be mailed first class mail only. Please submit a High School Official Transcript Request form to the Records Office by mail, fax it to (386) 506-4489, or drop it off in person at the Question & Answer Center at your local campus.

How do I get my official transcripts? You can obtain your official transcripts through Parchment Exchange. Through Parchment you will be able to send them directly to the institution of your choice or to yourself. You will have the option to have them sent electronically or via mail.

Official transcripts must be submitted via an electronic transcript service at admissions@spcc.edu or mailed directly from the institution to South Piedmont at SPCC Admissions Office, P.O. Box 126, Polkton, NC 28135.

For questions about transcript requests, please e-mail CA-Registrar@capitalcc.edu or call (860) 906-5311. Transcripts will not be issued if a student has outstanding financial obligations to the college. Transcripts are not faxed or e-mailed. There is no fee for transcripts.
