Follow the steps to successfully complete the F10 Form

  1. Click ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the F10 Form and open it in the online editor.
  2. Select one of the two boxes at the top of the form. If notifying about a new project, choose ‘Initial notification’, which will auto-populate a Serial Number. 4. Fill in the site details. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*). If no exact address exists, use grid references or other descriptors for location identification.
  5. Click ‘Next’ at the bottom of the page. If all mandatory information is correct, you will proceed to page 2. If any details are missing, an alert will prompt you to provide the necessary information.
  6. On page 2, select the best description of your project from the drop-down list. Avoid ‘Other’ unless necessary, in which case provide a detailed description in the text field below.
  7. Use the ‘Briefly describe the project and the construction work it contains’ text field to outline the specifics of the construction work, activities involved, and any additional information about site locations.
  8. Enter the time allowed by the client for the principal contractor to complete the construction work in weeks.
  9. Select the expected start date for the construction phase using the calendar icon.
