7. Reflect on how your learning goals support your commitment to continuing competency and how they relate to the competencies of your practice.
8. Regularly update your Learning Plan throughout the year to track changes and outcomes in your practice.
9. Once all sections have been completed, you can save your changes, download, print, or share the form for your records.
