Follow the steps to complete the Iperkeso online form.
- Press the ‘Get Form’ button to access the Iperkeso form and open it in your preferred editor.
- Begin by creating an account if this is your first time using Iperkeso. You will need to provide a valid identification number, email address, and mobile number, followed by checking the ‘I’m not a robot’ box and clicking ‘Next’.
- Read through the Terms and Conditions carefully, select ‘Agree’ and click ‘Next’ to proceed.
- You will receive a verification email. Follow the instructions within the email to complete the verification process.
- Return to the Iperkeso platform and log in using your identification number. Click ‘Next’ to continue.
- During your first login, you will need to establish a Security Phase by defining a phrase and entering a different password. Once done, click ‘Next’ to move forward.
- After successful login, you will reach the Employer Main Page. From here, you can start adding your company details.
- Click ‘Add Company’ and input your ‘Employer Code’ provided by PERKESO. Confirm with the ‘Confirm’ button after uploading necessary documents.
- Once the company is added, you will see it listed on the Company List page.
- To add employees, select ‘Add Employee’ on the Employer Main Page, fill out the employee's information, and click ‘Add Employee’.
- Ensure that you track all added employees in the system's Employee List, and you can repeat this process for additional employees as necessary.
- To make contributions, select ‘Make Contribution’, choose your company and contribution month, and proceed by clicking ‘Next’.
- Review the list of employees, adjust their statuses or salaries if needed, and then either submit payment or save the draft.
- To manage company administrators, click ‘Add Company Admin’, input their identification number, and invite them to join using their email.
- Once everything is complete, you can save changes, download a copy of the form, print, or share it as necessary.

Then, go to https://assist.perkeso.gov.my/employer/login/ and login into your Assist account. On My Sites , choose Contribution . After you upload the file, it will need you to click BACK and check.
