1. Press the ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the form and open it in the editor.
2. At the Semi-Automated Notices System Main Menu, enter ‘RN’ in the Option field and input the Caseload Number in the Csld No field. Optionally, enter the Parish. Lastly, specify the Redetermination month and year in the redet Month & Year field, and press ENTER.
3. The Redetermination Notice Screen will appear, displaying the Redet Month, Caseload Number, and Parish Number in inquiry mode. Review the information displayed for each case listed.
4. To switch to update mode, enter your Worker Name and Phone Number, then press ENTER. The fields available for modification will be activated.
5. For each case, enter the Appointment Date/Time and confirm or change the Interview Type as required (Telephone or Face-to-Face). Ensure the details match the predetermined criteria.
6. To add appointments for all cases listed, enter 'S' in the 'Select All To Add' field, which populates the Action field with 'A' for all lines, or enter 'A' next to specific cases you wish to add and press ENTER.
7. Press ENTER again to store the entered appointment information for the screen, and use PF8 to navigate forward for the next case's appointment details.
8. After entering all relevant appointment information, review the on-line edits which will guide you to ensure all required fields are completed correctly.
9. If modifications or purges are needed, you can enter 'M' or 'P' in the Action field respectively, following the prompts to confirm your choices.
