CRIMINAL and PROTECTION ORDER searches are available on the Public Access Record Search (PARS) system at: https://ujspars.sd.gov/ (For a credit card payment search, use the Search as Guest option).

You can make one-time payments using ACH, debit cards or Paypal. You can also set up recurring payments using ACH. If you are unable to make a payment via Pay.gov, you may make payments by personal check, certified check, money orderor debit card. If you pay by personal check, it will be converted to an EFT.

A portal on the Unified Judicial System's website homepage allows users to search for an upcoming court date by their case number or name and birth date.

Criminal and protection order searches are available on the Public Access System or PARS at: http://ujspars.sd.gov/. There is a $20 fee for each submitted search.
