To find and download a PDF copy of a statement, go to the 'Accounts' tab of Internet Banking for Business: choose Statements and documents from the left-hand menu. choose an account from the drop-down menu. choose a date range (optional) and/or click View. choose the statement you want to see – it will open in a new window.

Before we can open an account for you, we need to verify who you are, where you live and (if required) your tax residency status....AND a supporting form of photo ID: New Zealand driver licence* 18+ card (Hospitality Association) or Kiwi Access card* a valid and current international driving permit.

If we can verify your address, your account will be opened straight away. If your address can't be verified automatically, we'll ask you to provide a proof of address document. This will take 1-2 business days to approve, before we can open your account.

How to open an account Log in to the BNZ app. Tap Add account [+]. This appears alongside or below your existing accounts. Choose what kind of account you'd like to open. Name your new account.

Opening a Savings Account is a simple task that may take, at best, an hour, sometimes even 15 minutes.

Compatible devices If you can't find the BNZ app, your phone may not be up to date enough. Check to see if you have a compatible Apple or Android device. You can still access your accounts on a computer with Internet Banking.
