Only one radio button in a given group can be selected at the same time.

You group radio buttons by drawing them inside a container such as a Panel control, a GroupBox control, or a form. All radio buttons that are added directly to a form become one group. To add separate groups, you must place them inside panels or group boxes.

The first group box contains and manages three radio buttons. Since the group box contains only radio buttons, it is exclusive by default, so only one radio button can be checked at any given time.

To allow only one radio button to be checked from a bunch of radio buttons, make the name of all radio button same. For example the below code has 3 radio button but only one radio button can be checked: <input type="radio" name="gender" value="male" id="mRadio"> Male<br>

To create each radio button option, create a RadioButton in your layout. Because radio buttons are mutually exclusive, group them inside a RadioGroup . The system ensures that only one radio button within a group can be selected at a time.

To label a radio button, add a <label> element after the <input> element and insert a for attribute with the same value as the id of the associated <input> element. Then, write your label text in the <label> tag.

Radio buttons are used for mutually exclusive choices, not for multiple choices. Only one radio button can be selected at a time.

You can check a radio button by default by adding the checked HTML attribute to the <input> element. You can disable a radio button by adding the disabled HTML attribute to both the <label> and the <input> .
