- Calculate the tax due for Line 4 (Line 4 times .03928) and enter it in Line 5.
- Continue to complete entries for taxable gross compensation for residents for the second half of 2013 and calculate the respective taxes due in Lines 6 through 11.
- Calculate total tax due in Line 12 by adding Lines 5, 7, 9, and 11.
- Enter any tax previously paid in Line 13.
- Determine additional tax due or tax overpaid, entering the respective amounts in Lines 14 and 15 as applicable.
- Review all entries for accuracy, then provide signatures and dates for both taxpayer and preparer, as required.
