- Once all employees are set up, create paychecks in QuickBooks by selecting the Direct Deposit checkbox in the Review & Create Paychecks window for each employee.
- Finalizing the process, send payroll to Intuit and enter your Direct Deposit PIN. You will receive confirmation of successful payroll submission.
- Optionally, you can print pay stubs from QuickBooks to provide employees with their paycheck details, or you can use ViewMyPaycheck for online access.
- Once all entries are complete, you may save any changes, download, print, or share the completed form as needed.
