How to fill out the Teachtimer online

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for users looking to fill out the Teachtimer online. By following these directions, users can effectively navigate through the various components and settings of this classroom time management tool.

Follow the steps to successfully complete the Teachtimer form.

  1. Click the ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the Teachtimer form and open it in your online editor.
  2. In Clock Mode, set the current time by pressing the CLOCK key followed by holding an ARROW key for three seconds. Use the ARROW keys to adjust the time in either direction.
  3. To advance the clock digits rapidly, press and hold either vertical ARROW key. Release the key to exit this mode when finished.
  4. Start the clock by pressing the START key once; the flashing colon indicates that the clock is running.
  5. Switch between 12-hour and 24-hour formats by pressing and holding the designated key for several seconds.
  6. To turn off the Teachtimer, hold down the ON/OFF key for five seconds. The display will go blank but the clock continues to run in power-saver state.
  7. For Timer Mode, press the TIMER key to switch modes. Adjust the minutes with the UP-ARROW and DOWN-ARROW keys as necessary.
  8. You can choose to display or hide the seconds digit by pressing the SEC key once.
  9. Set a Pre-Alarm Signal by holding down the LAP key while adjusting the UP-ARROW or DOWN-ARROW keys to select your desired time.
  10. Begin the timer by pressing the START key once. If the Pre-Alarm setting exceeds the timer count, it will not start, and a flashing alert will appear.
  11. Once the timer reaches zero, the 'Time’s Up!' icon will flash along with an alarm sound. Clear the alert by pressing the CLEAR key.
  12. After completing the form, save your changes, download, print, or share the Teachtimer as needed.
