* Official Transcripts will be mailed first class mail only. Please submit a High School Official Transcript Request form to the Records Office by mail, fax it to (386) 506-4489, or drop it off in person at the Question & Answer Center at your local campus.

Transcript Request Forms are available on the McDaniel College website, .mcdaniel.edu under Records, or in the Registrar's Office. Students may mail or fax a written request with a credit card number to the Registrar's Office.
