2. Ensure you have a scanned copy of your recent passport-sized photograph ready. The photo must meet the following specifications: full face view, no shadows, preferred dimensions of 200 x 230 pixels, with a maximum file size of 500 kb in jpg, gif, or png format.
3. Prepare a scanned copy of your signature. This must be a black ink signature on white paper, with preferred dimensions of 140 x 60 pixels and a maximum file size of 500 kb in jpg, gif, or png format.
4. Obtain scanned copies of your class 10th and 12th certificates. These should have preferred dimensions of 600 x 850 pixels, with each document not exceeding 1 mb, in jpg, gif, png, or pdf format.
5. Take note of your enrolled subjects: Major, Minor, Compulsory, Skill-Based, and General Interest/Hobby Courses. Also, have your Education Board name ready.
6. Create an email account if you do not have one already, as it will be required for communication during the process.
7. Fill in the basic details such as your name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, permanent address, contact number (or guardian’s number), and educational institution details.
8. To create a new account, click the 'Create Account' link located at the top menu bar of the homepage.
9. Log into your account to access the examination application online. Complete the sections for Basic Details, Subject Details, Examination Details, and Bank Payment.
10. Make sure to upload your photo, signature, and all required documents according to the specifications provided earlier.
11. Click the 'Continue and Save' button at the bottom of each screen to ensure your information is saved before proceeding.
12. After entering the necessary details in the basic, examination, and subject details pages, print the bank challan.
13. Pay the fees at your nearest SBI Branch using the printed payment challan and then log back into your account to enter the payment details.
14. Review your filled application details and if everything appears correct, click the Confirm button.
15. Double-check that all fields are completed accurately on the confirmation screen, then hit the Submit button.
16. Download the filled form, sign it, and submit it along with attested copies of your class 10th and 12th certificates to the respective authority.
