7. Provide your member information, including your name and daytime and evening phone numbers. This helps the bakery team to contact you if necessary.
8. Indicate your desired pick-up date and time, ensuring it aligns with your event schedule.
9. Review all your selections and information for accuracy before submission. Remember, orders must be placed in person at your local Sam’s Club, and you cannot place them online.
