The transcript displays the official record of classes students enroll in during school, so most grades cannot be changed or removed.

Transcript requests for CLOSED for-profit institutions: Please call 1-888-224-6684 (Toll Free) or visit https://app2.fldoe.org/publicapps/cie/request.asp to complete a transcript request form.

Submit a written request using the Transcript/Diploma Request Form. Include your name/maiden name, date of birth, last school attended, and last year attended along with a contact phone number, and a clear copy of your photo ID. Scan and forward your request to transcripts@jackson.k12.ms.us.

If the transcript is issued to you in a sealed envelope, it is acceptable for you to open it for the purpose of uploading. Make one PDF for each institution listed on the upload site, even if it includes multiple pages, translations, a legend, degree certificate, or diploma.

For requesting a transcript from the Bureau, please use the "Transcript Request Form" form. For additional information on recently closed schools, please visit bppe.ca.gov/students/guide.shtml. For assistance following the closure of your bureau approved school, contact the Office of Student Assistance and Relief.

If they didn't receive the email, it may be in their Spam folder. If they still don't have it, let us know and we can resend the email. U.S. Mail typically requires up to seven business days for delivery. We will resend the transcript one time free of charge if a reasonable amount of time has passed.
