Follow the steps to complete the Esembler form online.

1. Click the ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the form and open it in the editor.
2. Before starting, gather the following information: Student ID (found on report card or schedule), legal student name, date of birth, zip code, grade level, and a valid email account (consider using Gmail or Yahoo if you don’t have one).
3. Select the Esembler option from the Quicklinks menu or access the form through the provided URL.
4. Click on the 'New Account' link.
5. Complete the required information on the form. Ensure that all details are accurate.

9. Enter the required student information on the form and click 'Save'.
10. At the main screen, the student's name should appear in the list. Click on the name to proceed to the next section.
11. On the class detail screen, you will view classes along with current grades, absences, and missing scores. Click on a class to access detailed information regarding attendance, averages, category weightings for assignments, and any missing assignments.
12. To customize your experience, click 'Preferences' to add grading periods or change what you view on the student detail screen.
13. For report cards, click 'Report Card' to view and print grades.
14. To receive email notifications, click 'Email Notifications'. Customize your settings according to your preferences, such as receiving notifications for low class averages or unexcused absences. Be sure to click 'Save' after making your selections.
15. Finally, remember that if applicable, special attendance policies may affect grade calculations. Always verify at the end of the grading period.
