12. If you wish to avoid cheque deposit prior to Committee approval, indicate your preference in the provided space.
13. Record the number of Newfoundland dogs you own, specifying color and other breeds as applicable.
14. Indicate your main interests within the Club and whether you would like to receive schedules for Club events.
15. Review all the information for accuracy before proceeding to submit the form.
16. Once completed, save your changes, and utilize options to download, print, or share the form as needed.
