9. If applicable, provide your current employment details by selecting your employment status and filling in the organization name, designation, sector/industry, services offered, and total years of experience.
10. Complete the payment details section by selecting your payment method. If paying via credit card or demand draft, make sure to fill in the required information accurately.
11. Review the declaration section, affirming that all provided information is correct and that you will adhere to FPSB India's guidelines. Sign and date the form.
12. Once all fields are filled out, save your changes. You may then download, print, or share the completed form as needed.
