Filling out the Empowerpay form online is a straightforward process designed to enhance your experience with employee self-service. This guide will walk you through each step carefully, ensuring you have all the necessary information at hand for a successful registration.

Follow the steps to complete your Empowerpay registration.

1. Click the ‘Get Form’ button to access the Empowerpay registration form and open it for editing.
2. Gather the necessary information, including your Employee Number (found on your paystub), the Client Code (use ‘100388’), your first and last name as listed in Empowerpay, the last four digits of your Social Security number, and your home zip code.
3. Begin the registration by navigating to EmpowerPay.com and clicking the 'Register New User' link.
4. You will be prompted to enter the Client Code (100388) and create a unique User ID. Ensure your User ID is memorable and secure.
5. Authenticate your identity by entering the required information and then click 'Next.'
6. Select three security questions for your account security, which will allow you to recover your password if necessary. Click 'Submit' once completed.
7. Check your email for a message containing a temporary password after successfully submitting the form.
8. Return to EmpowerPay.com and input the Client Code (100388), your created User ID, and the temporary password from your email.
9. Click 'Login.' You will then be prompted to change your temporary password.
10. Enter a new password that includes at least one special character, a minimum of 10 characters, at least one numeric character, and at least one alpha character without repeating any letter, number, or character more than twice. Click 'Submit' to finalize your password change.
11. You should now be logged into the Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal.
