- Begin by filling out the grant information section. Enter the club name and the specific event title, as well as the grant number provided (G). Ensure all information is accurate.
- In the event recap section, describe the overall outcome of the event. Include what aspects were successful, any challenges faced, and any additional reflections you wish to share.
- Indicate the total number of people who attended the event. Provide an accurate count to enhance your report.
- Next, detail the revenues generated by your event in the revenues section. List a clear description of each revenue source, such as entry fees or third-party sponsorships, and provide the corresponding amounts. Remember to exclude the SFSS grant from this section.
- In the expenses section, outline all expenses incurred for the event. Attach original, detailed receipts instead of debit summaries. For each expense, record the date on the receipt, the place of purchase, a description of the item or service, and the amount spent.
- Calculate the total expenses based on the entries above and input this number into the designated area.
- Determine your eligible reimbursement. According to the amount awarded in your grant, fill out the total eligible reimbursement section (C). If the total eligible reimbursement exceeds $50, be sure to attach a cheque requisition form.
- Finally, review your completed form for accuracy. Once satisfied, save your changes, and choose to download, print, or share the Summary Form as needed.
