- Fill in the installation details by noting any other components installed in the inverter system. Check all applicable boxes and provide the upstream fuse rating, upstream transformer rating, line voltage, and any other loads on the same power feed. Additionally, indicate the application type, such as fan, pump, conveyor, etc.
- In the fault history section, enter any error codes from the inverter trip history display. Document the frequency, current, and DC bus voltage for each error code listed.
- Then, list any parameters that have been changed from the factory default settings. Include details such as carrier frequency, acceleration time, deceleration time, and any other parameter settings.
- In the other comments section, provide any additional information that may be helpful for Hitachi's review.
- Finally, select the warranty disposition and inverter disposition from the available options. Ensure your selections are accurate.
- Once all sections are completed, save your changes. You may then download, print, or share the completed form as required. Please fax or scan/email your completed form to your distributor so they can forward it to Hitachi.
