If you are requesting your transcript to be mailed, the normal delivery method is through first class mail. Transcripts are produced one to three days after your order is received. Allow another five to seven days for delivery via United States Postal Service.

Original transcripts may be mailed to our office, provided to county official, or submitted as an eScrip (electronic transcript) sent directly from institution to our office to cert.transcripts.wvde@k12.wv.us. Electronic copies forwarded from applicant's email are not accepted.

Electronic transcript orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Mailed paper transcript orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.

If they didn't receive the email, it may be in their Spam folder. If they still don't have it, let us know and we can resend the email. U.S. Mail typically requires up to seven business days for delivery. We will resend the transcript one time free of charge if a reasonable amount of time has passed.
