- Indicate whether there are other actual or potential sources of funding for your project and elaborate if applicable, restricting this description to 100 words.
- Outline how you will measure the project’s success, including your goals and expected results, again maintaining a 250-word limit.
- Describe how you will sustain the project financially in the future, staying within 250 words.
- Include required attachments such as your current IRS tax-exempt determination letter and recent budget documents as specified in the application.
- Once you have filled out all sections and attached the necessary documents, review your application for completeness and accuracy. Finally, save your changes, and proceed to download, print, or share the completed form as required.
