The ” Transcript of Academic Record and Certificate of Expected Graduation (Completion)” will contain grades as well as transcript, but the “Certificate of Expected Graduation (Completion)” will not contain grades for courses taken.

We define a final official transcript as a transcript received directly from the issuing institution (whether on paper and still in the envelope or a certified electronic copy) that is properly signed/authenticated.

To get an official copy of your transcript, contact your school's registrar. In most cases, you don't even have to call or go in person; the registrar's office may have an online form for requesting your transcript.

Contact the Guidance Department of the school you last attended to request a transcript. All secondary schools keep student transcripts for 55 years. Contact information for all DDSB schools is available in the school directory.

Most colleges allow you to order copies of transcripts online, by mail, or in person via the office of admissions or registrar's office. You'll complete a transcript request form, pay a small fee, and may have to provide proof of identification.

High School Transcripts Certain Ontario high schools allow you to request your official high school transcript electronically (completed courses only) through OCAS. You can access it from the 105 application in the Transcripts section under “Transcripts from Ontario High Schools” and “Find out if you are eligible”.

A. Transcripts are generated by the education board of conduct, which can be received from the academic institute where you have pursued your education. These may either be procured by visiting the institution physically or by contacting the authorities and requesting them to send them via post.
