7. In Section 6, indicate how each hazardous material is to be stored by checking the appropriate box.
8. If available, fill in the NFPA 704 columns in Section 7. Use any Hazardous Materials Safety Datasheets (MSDS) to report the respective hazard diamonds or numbers.
