Racine (/rʌˈsiːn/ ruh-SEEN) is a city in and the county seat of Racine County, Wisconsin, United States.

Shoreland Zoning Shoreland is defined as the area with the following distances from the ordinary high-water mark of navigable waters: 1000' from a lake, pond or flowage. 300' from a river or stream or to the landward side of the floodplain, whichever distance is greater.

Conditional Use Permit form. $2,500 at cost deposit for all districts. $4,000 deposit to approve: an outdoor recreation facility, sanitary landfill, flight strip, heliport, cemetery, church, or school.

Vehicles must park on the even-numbered address side of the street between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. of an even-numbered calendar day; and on the odd-numbered side of the street between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. of an odd-numbered day. Vehicles violating these restrictions are subject to ticketing and a $20 fine.

A conditional use must be specifically listed in the zoning ordinance. Unlike a permitted use, however, a conditional use is not allowed by right at all locations in a district. Rather, it must undergo special review by the plan commission, governing body, or zoning board to determine if it is appropriate for the site.
