7. Complete the form by printing your name and signing it as the Claimant. Specify the name of the individual to whom the cheque should be payable, ensuring it matches bank records.
8. Finally, review all completed fields for accuracy. Save your changes, and then download, print, or share the Speedpost Form along with the required supporting documents.
