2. Begin by filling out the Student Name, SIF Number, Date of Birth, Address, City, State, Zip, School, and Current Grade Level in the designated fields.
3. Select the courses you are interested in for the upcoming terms (Fall, Spring, or Summer) and note the year.
4. Refer to the Approved Dual Enrollment Courses document and fill in the corresponding AACC Course #, AACC Course Title, Matching AACPS Course Title, and indicate if it’s for Dual Credit.

6. Submit the application to your school counselor, who will need to fill out sections A1 and A2. They will check and initial the course choices.
