Get Famu Official Transcripts Form

You may contact Student Financials services at 850-561-2950. Transcripts may not be faxed due to security, data transmission, and privacy considerations. Allow up to three working days for processing, except during the peak periods of on-campus registration, grade processing, and graduation.

If your transcript does not fall into one of the above categories, please email the Office of Admissions at ugrdadmissions@famu.edu or call 850.599. 3796 for further instruction.

Electronic (preferred): FAU accepts electronic transcripts from Credentials Solutions Parchment, and National Clearinghouse.

Transcripts must be sent to the Office of Admissions and Recruitment at the following address. Florida A&M University, Office of Admissions, 444 Gamble Street, Lucy Moten • Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32307-3200 Request that your current name and Social Security Number be added to the transcript if necessary.

Official Transcripts forward your official high school record. transcript of your academic record. Transcripts must be mailed directly from the institution or forwarded electronically. Completers of high school by GED must provide an official copy of test scores (as well as a partial high school transcript).
