TICES stands for "Trigger", "Image", "Cognition" (Thoughts), "Emotions", and "Sensations". The TICES log provides an outcome measure for every session of reprocessing. It is a self-report measurement that may demonstrate movement in every session. This document is a log for tracking post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms after eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. So I wrote up a quick script to keep track of my TICES log. I just invoke the script, speak my memory and it gets added to my TICES log.
