A Certificate of Origin shall be issued in the exporting Party before or at the time of shipment when the goods have been determined to be originating in. The one or several items of goods listed in the Certificate of Origin shall be goods of Chile origin imported to China as the same batch. 5. A Certificate of Origin as referred to in paragraph 1 shall be valid for one year from the date of issue in the exporting Party. A Certificate of Origin under China-Chile Free Trade Agreement shall be valid for one year from the date of issue in the exporting country. Please be informed that, effective 11 August 2025, the autoapproval process for Certificate of Origin (CO) applications will be discontinued.
