- For your main permanent address, fill in the street number, street name, village, police station (PS), and Upazila, followed by your district, postal code, and country.
- If you have a different present address, fill in the relevant details including street number, street name, and district.
- For identification document data, select the ID type from the options provided (such as Passport, Driving License, or Commissioner Certificate). Enter your ID number and its issue date (dd/mm/yyyy) along with the issuing country.
- Finally, provide your telephone number to ensure contactability.
