- Proceed to Part B and fill in the ICAN Case Manager details, including name, phone number, email, organisation name, and details regarding the consultation with the Skills for All Infoline.
- Complete the qualification information fields, including the national code and qualification name. If the qualification is Certificate IV or higher, make sure to attach 'Attachment A'.
- Finally, the ICAN Case Manager should scan and email the completed form to the appropriate address for processing.
- Once all parts of the form are done, you can save the changes, download, print, or share the completed form as needed.
