Statuses can be created at an Assets configuration level, in which case they are applied to all schemas. To add statuses at this level, you must be logged in as a Jira admin. Statuses can also be created for an individual schema. To do this, you need to have Object Schema Manager permissions.

The default columns and statuses are To do, In progress, and Done. You can add, edit, rearrange, or delete columns that are assigned one status directly on your board. If you've assigned more than one status to a column, use the Columns and statuses settings page to manage your board's working state.

To change the displayed columns for filters you own: Select the name of the filter. Select Columns at the top right of the currently displayed columns. Select or deselect columns in the list. Select Done.
