The Network Unlock Code (NUC), sometimes called a Network Unlock PIN (NUP) or Network Control Key (NCK), allows you to unlock a mobile phone from its original network. If you've not received a NUC you can request one.

The device must be paid off in full. Your Spectrum Mobile account must be active for 60 days and in good standing, with no outstanding payments. The device must not be reported lost, stolen or involved with fraudulent activity.

Spectrum Mobile uses Verizon's network for its phone plans. This means that you can bundle your Spectrum phone service with your Spectrum internet and/or cable bill and still access Verizon's coverage across most of the US.

You can use a Verizon sim in a Spectrum mobile phone as long as it is unlocked. Since Spectrum mobile is a MVNO of Verizon it will work just like a Verizon phone.
