If you are using your license in TallyPrime, then you can check the validity from the Manage License screen: Press F1 (Help) > Settings > License > Manage License, or click the top left corner on the screen below the TallyPrime icon.

Solution: You can close one or more Tally instances running over TVU session and click on Refresh from Start-up or Manage License screen. It will restart the TallyPrime to refresh the license. Alternatively, you can purchase TVUs and click on Update from Start-up screen or Manage License screen.

To enable manufacturing and expiry dates, Set Maintain batch-wise details and expiry dates for batches to Yes in F11: Features > F2: Inventory Features . In the Item Allocation screen, set Maintain in Batches , Track Date of Mfg and Use expiry dates to Yes .
