Inner Line Permit (ILP): For Indian other than native of Arunachal Pradesh, ILP is required for entering into any part of Arunachal Pradesh, ILP is issued by the designated authories of Arunachal Pradesh Government.

Even Indian Citizens who are not residence of those areas require an Inner Line Permit (ILP) to enter these places. The Inner Line Permit (ILP) is significantly easier to get.
